App freezes constantly when playing on android based platform for TV viewing, i.e. Smart TV, Firestick. Have tried all possible troubleshooting steps with no change. Must close app to begin playing again, repeating countless times during the same show. PLEASE FIX

very badit needs to be fixyou are watching the movie and then it stops it froze is so frustrated you have to get out delete it or offload and then come back works for a little while andand again freeze
